Anne Francoeur, M.B.A.
Vice President, Planning & Marketing
With
ten years of experience in health care, Anne Francoeur has developed a broad-based
perspective on business planning and marketing.
- At
Cornerstone Physicians Corporation (a national physician practice management company that
is now a subsidiary of FPA Medical Management) she was responsible for developing managed
care business strategies for medical groups in Ohio and Arizona.
- At
General Electric Medical Systems in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Anne planned and developed
product launch and ongoing marketing strategies, conducted primary and secondary market
research, and produced marketing collateral materials for GEs magnetic resonance,
x-ray, and picture archiving and communications systems (PACS) product lines.
- At
the Health Care Financing Administration in Baltimore, Maryland, she managed projects
evaluating the feasibility of episode-of-care bundled payment arrangements and conducted
research supporting the development of coverage and payment policies for telemedicine
services.
As
a Consultant since 1994 for The Tompkins Group she has:
- developed
and applied market-based analytic methods to produce multi-year financial pro-formas for
physician organizations (medical groups, MSOs);
- developed
managed care business strategies for group practices, physician-hospital organizations,
networks and management services organizations;
- facilitated
and managed strategic business planning processes for a variety of provider organizations;
- evaluated,
developed and implemented provider risk sharing arrangements; and
- conducted
medical group practice assessments.
Anne
earned an M.B.A. with concentrations in health care management and marketing from the
Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. She holds a B.S. in biomedical
engineering (cum laude) from The Catholic University of America. She is a member of the
Society for Healthcare Strategy and Market Development.
